I enjoyed another online art class with @LondonDrawingGroup called Drawing as Meditation with artist Yasmin Agilah Hood.
It was wonderful to carve out some time to meditate, breathe deeply, create without judgement, enjoy the process and doodle.
Yasmin shared this wonderful quote about fear by Elizabeth Gilbert from Big Magic (love that book!):
